EDWARDSVILLE, Ill. -- Lindsey Wilson College junior Amanda Johnson and sophomore Megan Furnish each score points in the Women's 3,000 meter Race Walk today at the NAIA Outdoor National Championships at Ralph Korte Stadium.

Johnson earned five points for the Blue Raiders following her fourth place finish. The Morganfield, Ky., native, finished the 3,000 meters with a time of 15 minutes and 45.20 seconds.

With her fourth place finish, Johnson earns NAIA All-American honors which are awarded to the top six finishers in each event.

Furnish finished with a time of 16:37.34 to cross the line in seventh place. The Bardstown, Ky., native, picked up two points toward the team's total with her finish.
