Canadian Kaitlin Allan signs with women's golf.

COLUMBIA, Ky. -- Lindsey Wilson College signed Kaitlin Allan to an NAIA women's golf scholarship, the school announced on Thursday.

The Edmonton, Canada native is set to join the Blue Raiders for the 2010-11 season after finishing her prep career with seven event championships.

Allan also holds titles in the Remax World Long-Drive Championship from 2004 and 2005. She won the most recent with a drive of 279 yards and lists her longest drive at around 320 yards.

Allan's long list of accolades on the golf course includes McLennan Ross Sun Junior Tour championships in 2009 and 2007 and a Mayfair Golf and Country Club Jr. Ladies Championship in 2008. Allan also received the CJGA Junior Girls Order of Merit in 2007, 2006 and 2004, as well as a place in the CJGA Junior Girls Order of Merit Top Ten in 2008, 2005 and 2003.

Allan is a 2008 graduate of Louis St. Laurent High School in Alberta, Canada.
