COLUMBIA, Ky. -- Lindsey Wilson College cycling coach David Grigsby announces the signing of Mitch Gantz to the 2010 recruiting class, the school announced on Wednesday.

Gantz is a native of Green Bay, Wis., and specializes in the road-bike discipline where he is a member of the Nova IS Corp Cycling team.

Gantz has several wins as a professional and has competed at the Junior and Elite National Championships, scoring a top-10 finish. He has been racing at a high level for over five years, beginning as a top junior rider in 2005.

"With Mitch's wealth of talent and experience, he is going to be invaluable to our road squad this year," Grigsby said. "We are very happy to have another top rider from the state of Wisconsin, which produces some of the fastest riders in the country."
