Coach Chris Starks begins his 10th season as Lindsey Wilson's men's varsity assistant and head junior varsity coach.
Starks joined Coach Paul Peck's staff after serving as his assistant at Cumberland University and working with Peck at Middle Tennessee State University and Hutchinson Community College.
Starks has helped the Blue Raiders to five NAIA National Tournaments, including a pair of Elite Eight appearances. He also helped lead the program to its only No. 1 national ranking during the 2003-04 season.
In addition to his coaching duties, Starks serves as the program's recruiting coordinator and video coordinator. He also plays a significant role in scouting, academic monitoring and all the day-to-day activities of the program.
Starks entered the coaching ranks after an outstanding basketball career at McPherson College, where he was a unanimous selection to the all-district and all-conference teams during his senior season.
