Coach Shaun Cozart begins his first season as the men's and women's head golf coach at Lindsey Wilson College in 2011. He takes over the coaching duties in the spring semester after James England led the programs in the fall. 

Cozart becomes head coach of the men's and women's golf programs after serving as The Pines at Lindsey Wilson's Clubhouse Golf Pro and Assistant Director of Golf Operations for the last six months.

Before coming to Lindsey Wilson, Cozart worked at multiple golf courses around his hometown of LaVergne, Tenn. While earning his degree at Union (Tenn.) University, Cozart passed the Player Aptitude Test (PAT) in preparation of becoming a teaching professional.

As a former collegiate baseball player, a majority of Cozart's coaching experience comes from the diamond. He has had stints as assistant coach with Martin Luther King High School in Tennessee and with the Nashville Tigers -- a summer league team made up of high school and collegiate players.

Cozart's prep golf career includes lettering four years at LaVergne High School where he qualified for the region tournament in his junior and senior seasons.
